Property and concern areas
Size matters less than the number, location and accessibility of the areas that must be evaluated and documented.
Pricing under validation
The goal is a clear price for agreed accessible areas and justified laboratory work. No sample or charge should appear simply because a package needs filling.
Describe the property concernWhat changes the scope
Size matters less than the number, location and accessibility of the areas that must be evaluated and documented.
Air, tape and swab samples have different laboratory costs. Sampling is proposed only when it adds useful evidence.
Location, route time and whether the property fits the legally and operationally cleared launch area are reviewed before a quote.
Standard or rush laboratory timing, records review and the complexity of the written deliverable can change the scope.
Before booking
Every added area or sample changes both work and laboratory cost. The planned process keeps those decisions visible.
Location, property type, size, water history, visible conditions and accessible areas.
Identify which areas will be reviewed, what will be documented and what remains excluded.
State the question for each proposed air, tape or swab sample and the applicable laboratory timing.
Confirm travel, assessment, samples, report, timing and payment terms before a future appointment.
Price-change control
If field conditions suggest another area or sample, the reason and price are discussed first. The customer may approve the change, keep the original scope or stop the added work.
